Our team of EFM Professionals: Coaching &counseling for expats . Together we are a wealth of wisdom, support, humor and experience.

We are a collective of professional coaches supporting Foreign Service Families with their unique challenges.  We each offer specialties working with parents, teens, elementary-age children, families, and more at the big purple blob.  We united to create space and a wider network of resources to ensure you and your family's social and emotional well-being. 

A blob is able to change shape, acclimate, adjust and exist as a mass. "Big and Purple" add in some memorable fun and lightness to the serious challenges we face in our lives. With the common goal of supporting families we have created a unique gathering space to connect with social/emotional needs here at The Big Purple Blob. We want to distinguish ourselves as different- we are NOT a government agency or services.

School Shutdowns are causing serious damage to my family: am I the only one?  How can I embrace resilience when I'm exhausted from moving? We share a weekly Q&A with our community. Questions and topics submitted by families experiencing the challenges of FS living. Two or more of our blob support team gather to offer helpful responses and share ideas each week.
